The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation Donates $2 Million to Psychedelic Research

The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation awarded $2 million to the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) in support of its campaign to advance healing for patients with treatment-resistant trauma. Inspired by his own experiences as a U.S. Marine, and personal battle with PTSD, Bob Parsons, in conjunction with other donors, raised $30 million for Phase 3 clinical trials to continue research of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy, designated by the FDA as a “Breakthrough Therapy” for PTSD.
